Respect

In business, decision making is part and partial of winningo or losing big contracts or growing or perishing as a business.
So every decision made in most cases will costs the business or benefit it.
In partnership, decisions are mostly taken by all partners given their availability and the nature of the decision at a particular time.
However in some instances for some reason a single partner may make a decision that may end up costing the partnership
The general rule here is that the partner made the decision to benefit the partnership.
Irrespective of the results of the decision made for any reason, respect the decision, own it as if you were part of it from the start.

Avoid Selfish Activities

Avoid selfish activities, remain open and ensure that all business activities related to the business have been effectively communicated to other partners without failure.
Selfishness in humans is natural but must be handled by wishing your partner(s) the same as you wish yourself.
The general rule here is that all business partners on agreement to work together become one.

Trust

Consider everything your partner tells you to be true. The question here is how?.
Remember if you become trustworthy, your partner/s will have no option but to become trustworthy themselves.
They will ideally have no reason what so ever to do the opposite. This starts with you and ends up with all of you.
The general rule is that, believe the partner(s) are working in the interest of partnership business.
Never and never try to spy on your partners’ activities unless you suspect the partner has become untrustworthy and wish to terminate the relationship.

Accept to loose

Because of natural individual self interests each and everybody believes he/she contributes much more than the other and feels more entitled than the other.
For the success of partnership all partners should believe they are doing their part the same way the other partners are doing their part. This is because there is always a reason why A is partnering with B otherwise each would be working alone.
The general rule in this case is that allow to lose that particular value you feel your offering better and more than the other partner(s).
